I have earned some 10 + dollars. Is it possible for me to claim that at this stage ?

Only people in US can reply for the posts in this forum ?

Guest, we have people who are regular posters on the forum who are not residents of the US. There are no restrictions on one's nationality, place of residence, etc.

As you may note, many of the queries posted concern mortgage- and real estate-related questions as they pertain to the various States of the US; but that would never preclude anyone from another locale to seek advice.

This is a quite worldly, homey place for all.

I am in India Mr. Akerley and i am involved in research activities that is particularly of U.S mortgages. So i am very much interested in actively participating in this forum. And thank you so much for your information.

You are wrong Mr. George. Only people who have US postal address can participate and claim amount from this forum. Please check with Sam and post it George..

Thanks...

Please re-read what I wrote above, Guest. I made no comment about funds; I simply pointed out that we have people from all over the world who participate in the forum and provide insight, information and opinion.

I agree with what Guest have said. Mr. George, i read what you have quoted above. You have said this forum is open to all, that literally means that all the benefits from this forum is open to everyone across the world. Why is that Reward program is applicable only for people who have US postal address ? Actually i never tried this forum for reward points, but i posted only for valuable information. But this reward program made me think this forum really great. But it is REALLY DISAPPOINTING. So always make clear about the information you post in the forums, so that no one will be disappointed.

First of all, I am not the Administrator of this forum. Reward programs, etc. are something that's decided at that level, I assume. I am a poster just like you are, Guest; and just like you are, unab. When I say that we have people from all over the world participating, it's true and there's nothing wrong with saying that. I have no responsibility to even respond to the criticism of Rewards or any other aspects of the administration of this forum. I choose to point out to people what the realities of situations are.

Frankly, if you are so very disappointed that you must emphasize it with capital letters to make known your utter consternation, then perhaps it would serve you better if...never mind...I don't need to go there.

If you don't feel welcome, that's too bad. I don't apologize for the Forum because I don't have that standing. I also don't answer questions about how things are done because, again, I don't have that standing.

Call me wrong all you like, but what I've stated was mere fact and had naught to do with the question at hand.

Hi All,

Please check out: http://www.mortgagefit.com/annoucements/nonusips.html . It has been clearly mentioned here that people posting from non-us ips won't be rewarded with mentor dollars. If you're posting from a non-us ip, then it will actually mean that you don't have a US postal address where we can send you the payments.

Thanks

Pretty clear-cut language there, I believe.

This link has been posted after people started questioning about rewards. Don't blame people who raised questions. Always admit your mistakes. If you would have posted this before, no issues would have raised.

And also please don't delete member's valid suggestions. Some of the comments have been deleted from this discussion. If it is so disturbing, just admit your mistakes as Emmanuel suggested.

Adonis, Have you gone through the link about non us ip's rule before people started questioning about rewards ? It's cleverly been posted mentioning 7th April 2011 only after problems raised because of reward programs. Any how i need not want to discuss this matter here after. Truth Never Fails!
Posted on: 29th Jun, 2011 02:07 am
Yes, Emmanuel... I had gone through the link. And I'm sure other regular posters have also gone through the link. Some people don't bother to check out the rules and guidelines and then ask questions and point out "mistakes". It's good to note that finally you've decided to not discuss the matter any further. It's good for you!

Yes as Emmanuel said, i have not come across that link before. It s OK. Not a problem. We have lots and lots of valuable information in this forum. That is more than that of any reward program.
