What do couriers usually charge for in town out of town etc. parcels and medication etc no passengers.
Hi Sorenson,
You need to get in touch with a courier services company in this regard. Every company will have different fee structures depending on the weight of the parcel, distance to be covered and other relevant factors.

i assume you've seen your good faith estimate with a line item for "courier fees" completed. keep in mind that the "package" of materials you sign and all related documents to the mortgage will be forwarded to the lender via overnight service. what is attempted from the lender's side is to estimate how much that will cost you - it is a legitimate closing cost. also, keep in mind that nobody uses usps - it's all based on ups or fedex or one of the other private companies.
