I have been talking to a lot of people across the country. I is extremely disturbing the number of people experiencing so much trouble at once. Many of the people are have job loss, death in the family, tragic mishaps car accidents, sickness with multiple family members and even troubled pregnacies all at once. All while falling behind on payments or being in foreclosure. Is anyone else seeing this?
as much as i try to avoid the news on television, there is no escaping seeing that there are job losses, deaths in families, tragic mishaps, car accidents, sicknesses and troubled pregnancies; and, in addition to these, indeed there are difficulties with foreclosed properties and delinquency on bills.
actually, i think death is a pretty common thing no matter the times...it's been around since adam and eve's time...probably likely to continue, too.
yes, this world has many troubles, but we have a faithful God who will see us through - won't He? He's done it time and again, over and over; so i cannot imagine He won't do it again.

Our mortgage payments are almost 3 months behind. We have had our condo up for sale since May as a short-sale. We've had to list it for $170k less than what we paid for it in 2/06. We tried loan modification with our lender & they waited 6 months before "helping" and only lowered the payments by a little. We are also working with a loan counsler that is having difficulties dealing with the lender. We are trying to move & rent a place, but the late pays are hurting us on our credit report. Need advice!!!!
