the Minneapolis market we are seeing some slamming deals as well! With so many various homes for sale on the MLS, buyers are able to get some great buys.

Hi Bill, What are the median price out there right now? As im in california and houses that use to be 375k-400k are a complete steal at 145k. Im thinking about buying one but am still thinking prices will go down a little more? What do you guys think? Is this a good price for california in a very nice area. Or do you guys think the market will go down a little further? Oh and these houses are huge at 3900 Sq Ft, 3-4 car garages, all upgraded with granite. Nice gated community.
