wow...i just checked out their website...i didn't get to the price yet, but here is something that tells me "BE VERY AFRAID!":

The FMG will provide a 100% refund - less an auditing and processing fee of $1495.00 -

i didn't bother to copy the remainder of that phrase, but i don't think it's necessary to demonstrate that this is a gold-digging operation, looking to cash in on the plight of those who most need help.

can you imagine!?!?!? they will KEEP $1495 of whatever their fee is, depending on circumstances. now, keep in mind that those who will use this service are in such straights that $1500 is probably not in their budget to begin with, let alone only being a portion of the overall fee. and of course, in the FAQ, "what are your fees?" is answered with one of those -"it depends on your situation." and, "why do business with you?" well, that's partially because their success rate is well above the average firm.

yeah, right...meaningless platitudes and endless bragging about how good they are.

please, everyone who needs help in this troubled time...be very aware of who you are talking to and getting advice from and paying your good money to. there are so many qualified counsellors out there to help you without extracting every last nickel out of your pockets. please check hud.gov and see all the counsellors - they are in every state and virtually every state has several, spread around. call them first!

i guess i'm up on this soapbox again, but if you just read the ad above...it's all about realtors, mortgage brokers, etc. making money! it's not about helping unfortunate folk get back their homes.

okay...i am done.

To further piggy back on what George has said. I was on the local fox news channel being interviewed about this very subject.... please take a look and PLEASE... be careful about who you deal with.

It's only a couple of minutes interview about what to look out for so that you don't get "scammed" by people that want to take your money upfront.

I know there are legetimate companies out there so folks just have to know what to look for, such as what you pointed out above.
