I am interested in a list of properties that I could buy using the reversion method.Where would I find them.
Thanks
Thanks
Maybe this is a stupid question...but what is the reversion method? I have $$eowned and invested in property for the past 15 years and have never heard of this...
kpatrick,
Reversion is like an extended lease which expires at a specified time, ie. the tenants death. Basically you can purchase a property, then let the previous owner stay until they die, then you get to take possesion. Doesn't have to be their death could be any time.
And to answer the original question... I have no idea.

I don't think there is a list. You might want to do a mailing to those that would meet your demographics for someone that may be interested in this type of arrangement.
