hi have quetion my problem is i am behind 2 months off payment and my housband loose his job we dont waned go to the forclouser can we go quick claim deed i have my brother and low to swich the title on his name and try to get the paymet less what we have to do thank you

you can quitclaim the property to your brother-in-law. but he will have to refinance the mortgage in order to get a low interest rate. you've mentioned that you're late on your mortgage payments and i guess you don't have equity in your property. in such a situation, it will be difficult for your brother-in-law to get a refinance.
