how do i add a child to a deed as a joint tenant with rights of survivorship using a quit claim deed?
Hi jude,
It is quite possible to add someone to the title as a joint tenant through a quitclaim deed. If you want to include the right of survivorship clause in the deed you can do that as well. You need to get a deed drafted by a lawyer, using the verbiage on the deed that will suit your needs best.
