hi,
my mom and i did the quit claim deed from her to me 2 years ago, her name still on the loan. but i gave her half money for mortgage monthly, sometime by check or cash. now, my brother and wife whom work in mortgage business and have 8 houses already, talked my mom into put my mom back on the deed (for some life insurance reason, i didn't ask). i just wonder is there anyway that my brother and wife can talk my mom in take me off the deed? because of my credit and income therefore i cann't refinance right now. but, i am working on it. and if something happend to my mom, then what will happen to me if i decide to add my mom back on the deed. can my brother and wife take me to court to fight for the house if my mom ever pass away before i can refinance.
i am so stressful about this matter, please help. thank you

First if the home is in your name you call the shots - it is your choice whether or not to add her back on it is not something she can do without your consent..
If she is allowed back on and she passes away her half would go to her estate so it is not like she can give away your share - DO NOT allow them to take your name off - then you will own nothing -
