hi,me and my wife have bought a business together in florida and her name is the only person name on the business, can she do a quick deed claim so that i'm not entitle to my half of the business is this legal.
Hi Smokey!
Welcome to Forums!
As far as I know, a Quitclaim deed is possible only in case of a real estate(home/mobile home etc). I do not know if you can transfer "business" by it. If its a property that you are speaking about, then I will say as her name is on the deed, she has all the right to quitclaim it anyone.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi Smokey!
If you are speaking about a real estate property i.e. a home, then a quitclaim deed is possible by the owner. Your wife will have all the right to quitclaim the property to anyone she wants.
Thanks,
Jerry
