Hi, I just joined this wonderful community..
This is the situation.
I'm buying a home cash for my mother.. and since its a cash purchase. my question is
At closing .. since all the initial paperwork is under her name..
can I put my name on the title deed along with her name.. at closing?
OR do I have to wait and do a quit claim later.. after closing?

Hi divinelyblessedman!

You can add your name to the property deed at the time of the closing. You can contact an attorney and he may help your mother to fill out a deed adding your name to the property deed. As it's a cash purchase, you won't have to worry about a mortgage refinance.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I can always quick deed claim. After the closing right. It's the same?
No dude, if it's cool with moms, put your name on AT CLOSING.
