Hi,
I have a question about, how my Grandma can add me on her property. Currently my Grandma and Grandpa are both on the property but my Grandpa died last year but his name is still on the property as Primary Owner with my Grandma.
What forms do we need and what steps do we need to take to add me as an Primary Owner with my Grandma?
I really appreciate all the information I can get

Your grandmother will have to contact the county recorder's office and file an affidavit of heirship. This will help her in removing your grandfather from the deed. Thus, she would become the sole owner of the property. Then she can sign a quit claim deed and add you to the property. She will have to write her name as the grantor of the property and your name and her name as grantee to the property. Then the deed needs to be notarized and filed at the county recorder's office.
