What is the best way to add a spouse to a deed?

My husband bought a house a month before we got married, using only his income and information. What is the best way to get my name on the deed so I have rights to the property?
So can either have your title company prepare a grant deed or quitclaim deed. This will give you rights to the home.

Hi livhouse,

Ashley is right. You need either a quitclaim deed or a grant deed to add yourself to the title. However, if you want to know more on these deeds you can refer to the following pages:
