Looking to add my uncle to my deed. How would i go about doing that? do I need an attorney . What kind of form do I need and can I do it myself?
Hi sokidd!
Welcome to forums!
You will require a quit claim deed in order to add your uncle to the property deed. You can contact an attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed and filling it out. Once the deed is filled out, get it notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
