Who signs as the "affiant" line in the quick claim deed?
Hi Lindsy,
As far as I know Affiant is the person making an affidavit. Nevertheless, you should contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter and he will let you know as to who will sign on that section.
Thanks

If you execute a deed that transfers your property in order to avoid creditors the court can set aside that conveyance and nullify that deed. You should discuss that situation with your attorney ASAP.
