I live in Florida and own my property outright. When I take a dirt nap I want my property to go to my two brothers.
I made out & filed a quitclaim deed however on the deed I failed to list myself as a grantee. So now my brothers own my property.
I spoke to the registrar of deeds who said that I can file an amended deed.
How do I include myself as a grantee on a Quitclaoim deed?

Welcome fsb,
You will have to ask your brothers to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name as one of the grantees to the property. This will give you ownership rights to the property.
