quit claim deed

want to remove the existing trustee and appoint a new trustee. any examples using a quit claim deed?
Hi clyde,

I guess you're speaking about grantees to the property. If you've transferred your property to a grantee, then he becomes the owner of the property. You cannot change the name of the grantee after the property transfer as you don't remain the owner any longer.

Thanks
