i did a quit deed about a year ago and had a agreement they would continue making payments till they qualified to purchase home but they are 1 month behind and always make there payments late what can i do?

Hi,

Have you done Owner financing? Why have you quitclaimed when they have not paid you?

Contact a real estate attorney ASAP.

Hi,

As you have signed quitclaim deed you are no longer the owner of the property.

Did they signed any legal documents? If so then you may take action for that. I feel you should consult this with an attorney.
