I BOUGHT A CONDO RECENTLY AND PUT UP MOST OF THE DP (100K)
MY MOTHER IN LAW PUT UP 40K. I AM NOT ONTHE TITLE NOTHING IS IN MY NAME. I WOULD LIKE HER TO CONVEY MY %70 INTEREST TO ME AND I WILL RECORD IT. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY GRANT DEED, TD OR QC
