My boyfriend bought a house. Mortgage loan only in his name but title has both our names on it. I signed a quit claim. When we get married, is the quitclaim still in effect or not anymore? What should I do to have rights on the house? Since I will start sharing with monthly mortgage bill
Hi AnnaM!
Welcome to forums!
If you have signed a quitclaim deed and your name is mentioned on the property deed as one of the owners of the property, then you will remain an owner even after marriage. However, if your name is not mentioned on the property deed, then you will have to ask your boyfriend to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Welcome AnnaM,
Once you sign a quitclaim deed, it will remain in effect unless the property is re-transferred in your name by your boyfriend. As Sussane has suggested, you can ask your boyfriend to sign a new quitclaim deed and transfer the property back to you.
