my boyfriend sign a quit claim deed as a gift that was sign in front of the notary and recorded, three months later we got seperated and then one year later i sold the property through a title company they conduct a tile search 7 months later he is trying to claim the property by saying he did not sign the quick claim deed even though nothing was filed in court. would somebody explain me can he do a revece?

If your boyfriend signed the quit claim deed and if you've recorded it at the county recorder's office, then the property transfer will be considered as valid. He won't be able to claim any rights on that property.
