my father is dieing and we just forun out that his girlfriend has been quit claiomed to half the house. I was told that she could refuse to buy us out or sell and i could end up stuck in this situation . What are my options if this was to happen and how if she buys out will the price of the house be deturmend?

If that lady refuses to sell the house or buy out you, then you can file a Partition Lawsuit against her or if possible you can even buy her out. Depending on how title is structured she could end up owning the whole house. And yes Larry is correct about your options.
