IF you have signed a quit claim due to divorce
and it was filed as an unmarried woman to an umarried
man. The divorce has been dinied although divorce papers were signed . Is there a way to
void the quit claim?

Hi carolynostic,
Welcome to our forum.
In my opinion, you can reverse quite claim deed, if the grantee is willing to quitclaim property back to you.

Hi Carol,
You can cancel the deed only if you can prove that you were forced to sign the deed. If you signed the quitclaim deed under false circumstances or under duress, the court can void the transfer and cancel the deed. However, to prove this is not going to be easy. The easiest way of reversing the deed, as suggested by the above poster, is to have the grantee sign yet another deed transferring the property back to you.
