Do I use the Quit Claim Deed to change my name on my property deed?

i got divorced and want to take my married name off of my property. how do i do it? do i use the quit claim deed?
In my opinion, Its not need to just edit your name on property deed. Give application for edit your name on property deed. You can do it by consult with your attorney.

Yes, you'll have to use a quitclaim deed in order to change your married name. If the property is solely in your married name, then you will have to mention it as the grantor of the property and write your maiden name as the grantee of the property. Then the deed needs to be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office.
