without divorce. He is one of the owners in ours house. He makethe Quitclaim
deed without my signature , What is my legal rights. Mass
Hi Motyl,

If your name is mentioned on the property deed, then you'll be considered as one of the owners of the property. Your husband will not be able to sell off the property to someone else without your permission. However, he can transfer his share of the property to someone else.

I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.

Take care.

Hi Motyl,

As Sara has mentioned in her reply that your husband can transfer his share of the property to someone else but he cannot transfer your share of the property without your permission. If your husband has done so, then it would be considered as a fraud and you can take legal actions against your husband.
