a quit claim deed that was issued 4 years ago is in need of change. can this be done without help of a lawyer?
Hi Guest.
Welcome to the forum. If you have quitclaim a property and the deeds was notarized and recorded in the county recorder's office then you cannot change the deed or get the property back. Only if the grantee to whom you have quitclaim the property, can change the deed or quitclaim the property back to you. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Best of luck,
Larry
