My parents want to sell their house to me. My mom changed her name when she got her US citizenship. So the name in the Grant deed is different than her current license.
Does she need to do a quick claim deed to change her name before selling the house to me?
Thanks.

Hi ttyly!
Welcome to forums!
The names on the present property deed and the new deed that your mother would sign to transfer the property to you should be the same. Thus, she should first sign a quit claim deed and change her name in the property deed and then transfer the property to you.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
