I have property that was quitclaimed to me. Can I quitclaim it to my child?
Welcome Sara,
Is your child an adult? If yes, then only you will be able to transfer the property or quitclaim it to him/her.

Hi Sara,
Adonis is right. You may not be able to quitclaim the property to your child unless he/she is an adult. You may place the property in a trust and declare the child as the beneficiary of the trust.
Thanks
