I had quitclaimed my home to my son back in Jan when I was sick and he borrowed money against the house which was debt free, I was on some meds at time and wasnt thinkin clearly -very weak and confused- I have a lifetime estate clause on this house - can I get my house back?
Maybe. If you were not "competent" to execute the deed, it is voidable. Contact a local real estate attorney to see about filing the lawsuit against your son.
