I am the borrower on a home loan and 2nd mortage; my husband is co-borrower. We are getting divorced. If I quit claim my home to him, does that remove me from fbeing financially responsible for the loans?
Hi Amanda,

Your husband needs to refinance the loans in his name in order to release you from the liability of paying the mortgage.
