Hi emiliano,
The cost of quitclaim deed may vary from state to state. If you draft the deed from an attorney, then you will have to pay the fees of the attorney as well. Apart from this, you will have to record the deed and pay deed recording fees and transfer taxes for it.
Thanks

Hi, jameshoqq, thanks, and how much are the transfer taxes??
Hi emiliano,
The transfer taxes in regards to a quitclaim deed will vary from state to state. You can contact the county recorder's office and get to know the details about transfer taxes. Alternatively, a real estate attorney of your state will also be able to let you know about the transfer taxes.
