My Mom passed away recently. She had signed a quick claim deed for her condo into my name. Now that she has died I want to "give" or "sell" the condo to another family member. What would be the best way to go about this. Many thanks for your advice.
Hi Guest!

As the quitclaim deed is in your name, you're the owner of the property. You can sign another quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your family member. You can also mention the sale price in the deed as well.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

One of my brothers is the exector of her will, does that matter at all? Will I have to do anything differently? Thank you, again.
Hi Guest,
If the property is already in your name, then you won't have to worry about the will. You will be considered as the owner of the property.
