i am buying a house , but my brother and sister-inlaw co-sign for me it is in Escrow the problem is now my brother and sister-inlaw are getting divorce is there a paper she can sign so she can't take it away from me
Hi Guest,

Is she included in the title? If she is not, then she has no right in the property and thus cannot take it away or claim any interest in it. But if she is on the title, she can claim interest. Therefore, in such a case you can get a quitclaim deed signed by her whereby she would quit her property-interest.
