After my x-husband signed quitclaim deed he wants to undo it. i refuse to put him back on the deed. Can he take me to court to get back on deed? He claims he was under distress when signing deed in front of notary.

Your ex-husband cannot force you to add his name to the property deed. However, he can definitely take you to the court in order to get the deed reversed. If he is able to prove that he was in distress while filling out the deed, there are chances that the court would ask you to reverse the deed.
