can father quit claim to daughter and reverse
Yes, with a caveat. What is meant by your last two words - "and reverse?"
Do you simply mean to ask if (1) father an quite claim ownership to a daughter; and (2) if a daughter can quit claim ownership to a father?
Assuming that all parties are of legal age, then such transactions are fine.

Hi singh,
A father can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to the daughter. However, if the father wants to reverse the property transfer, then the daughter needs to sign the quitclaim deed in her father's favor.
Thanks

Just forgot to log in... It's me above!
To me it sounds like she's asking if her Father can Quit Claim the Deed to her, and then change his mind, or "reverse".
If I'm understanding your question correctly, he can't legally do that if he Quit Claimed it to you. And it'd be impossible for him to do it if the Deed was recorded after he Quit Claimed it to you.
What exactly is your situation?

Seems like we're going nowhere fast here.
