Less than a year ago my 30 year old daughter asked me to sign a quitclaim because she needed to put in a new septic tank and needed to get a loan on the property my parents (her grandparents) left the family. In addition she was to give me $1000.00. She did not do any of these things. She did have me taken from the property and demand I not be allowed onto the property, not even to visit my son. He is now living in the house I built and lived in. She is now talking about selling the property. I don't want this to happen. What can I do?

If you feel that your daughter has scammed you, then you should immediately get in touch with an attorney and take legal actions against your daughter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi tevealex,
I agree with what Sussane has said. Given your situation, it is better to take help of an attorney.
Thanks
