If I sign a Quitclaim deed on my house over to my (ex)wife is there any way I can still claim the mortgage interest and property tax as a tax deduction on my tax return?
Hi mattweston,

If your name is mentioned on the mortgage docs and if you're paying the mortgage payments and property taxes, then you'll be able to claim tax deductions on your tax return.
