Im married and have two daughters age 25 and 17. My wife is not listed on my deed and i want to add her. Can I quitclaim her and my daughters to the deed, or should I list my daughters as benifactors. Since Im just add people to the deed can i put zero in the selling amount section.
Hi jorcap,
You can simply add your wife and daughter to the property deed with the quitclaim deed. Yes, as you are adding people to the property deed, you can write $0 or $1 in the selling amount section.
Thanks
