many years ago now my great grandmother passed away. recently however its be brought to my mother attention that there 7 properties in the grandmaw's name. the state of pa sent my mother (the grandchild) the quit claim deed info. its time sensitive. we havent a clue what to do? the son (my grandfather is deceased)
i the great grandson, lance, am the "knowledgeable" one when it comes to finances. yet i have not clue how to handle this. my mother mailed me the package she was sent. i have yet to review it though.

As an heir to your great grandmother, your mother may inherit some of her property. I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will review the package and let your mother know what she needs to do in this regard.
