If I wish to provide a quitcalim deed on property in another state do I have to have forms from that state?
Hi jimart!
Welcome to forums!
Yes, you will have to use the quitclaim deed forms of that state where the property is located. Moreover you will also have to notarize and record the deed at that county recorder's office where the property is located. You can get sample quitclaim deed forms online but it is always better to draft the quitclaim deed forms from an attorney. Check out some of the sample quitclaim deed forms in the given link:

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
