My fellow heirs and I are trying to sell a part of our Grandfather property. aLL OF US ARE IN AGREEMENT to sell. We were told we need a quick claim deed to proceed with the sale. HOW DO WE proceed?
Hi Terril,
You should get in touch with a real estate attorney who will help you in drafting the quitclaim deed. You can then use it to sell off the property.

Hi Terril!
Welcome to the forums!
I agree with what Adonis has said. However, if the property is free and clear and is in your name, then a warranty deed can also be used in order to sell off the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
