I'm in the process of setting up a limited partnership. The CO property is currently in the name of a partnership so I need to change the name to add the 'limited'. In drawing up the quitclaim deed, what do I show as the consideration?
I do know all partners must sign and notarize the document. Can the signatures each be on a separate page?
(Thank you for posting the CO quitclaim form!)

Hi LL,
You can show any amount as consideration. As far as signing on the deed form is concerned, it would be better if you could take the help of an attorney in this regard. He will help you in filling out the deed form as well as help you know the right place to put your signatures.
Thanks
