if a quit claim deed was drafted and signed by witnesses, but never recorded at the court house, does this supercede the will of the grantor?
Hi lkm!
Welcome to forums!
I don't think it will supersede the will of the grantor but in my opinion, you should right away record the deed at the county recorder's office.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi lkm!
You should immediately record the deed in the county recorder's office. I don't think it will supersede but you should never take such chances.
Thanks.
