want to quitclaim deed to my wife

I live in Florida I am married we bought a house and the deed was only recorded in my name can I quitclaim the deed and give my wife complete ownership and have my name removed from the deed we have no plans of getting divorce
just dont want anything in my name

Yes you can absoutely give the quite caim ded to your wife.

But if the loan is in your name it will not transfer the loan in to her name. You will still be responsible for the payments and you may also need to notify your lender abotu this chnage

you can do it. but loan provider will ask for refinance in your wife's name to protect his right.
