I quitdeed my house for a business deal.but the deal never went thru.its was a scam. and now they are try in to take my house.i still have mortage on it.that i pay every month.how can i get my deed back.do i have to go to court.
You would have to go to court or hire an attorney to help you. Once the deed has been transferred you are no longer the legal owner, but you are liable for the mortgage. Contact legal help at once...Good luck

Hi Billy!

Welcome to forums!

I agree with Chris. It will be better if you could take help of a real estate attorney in this regard. Unless the deed is in your name, you won't be considered as the owner of the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
