We are in partnership in a time share, the deed has both names on it. we have filed bankrupcy and have to give up the right to the timeshare and stop paying our half. How do you go about getting our name off the deed
Hi
You can get your name off the deed to timeshare through a quit claim deed. You simply need to sign over your share of interest in the property to the co-owners. This will remove all your claims to the timeshare. However, you should also consult your bankruptcy attorney regarding this, before you quitclaim your ownership.

A quit claim deed should do the trick.
