is a quit claim deed valid if the grantor passes away....what are the gratees rights?
Hi catherineswanberg!
Welcome to forums!
If the property has been transferred to the grantee with the help of a quit claim deed and if the grantee has recorded the deed, then the deed will be considered as valid. The grantee will be considered as the owner of the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
