Due to my husband's affair, Mistress force to her name on our inverstment
homes. Therea are 2 houses and three condo's had her name through
quik deed. All the loan is my husband's name on it.
One house has both of my name and my husband's name and
she was added on later. Can I dispute that house due to I never
was notified or agreed. How can I clean up this mass?

I would call your county recording office. I would speak with your husband though and make sure that there was no fraudulent power of attorney. Assuming you are still with him, that might be punishable.
He might want to try speaking with her and trying to get her to sign another quit claim. Other than that, I would contact an attorney.

You will have to ask her to sign a reverse quitclaim in your and your husband's name. If she does agree to this, you can sue her in the court but you will have to prove that she added her name to the property by a false pretext.
