my income is low,i only have a loan in my name for a car,and a creditcard for a department store.would i be able to get a loan for the house in which is being quickclaim deeded to me?

It depends on the mortgage amount and how much you make annually. We would need more information. Credit score, Employment history, and debt to income ratio's determine whether you'll be eligible for a loan.
