If conditions of a divorce are tied to a timeshare and I sign a quit claim to that property can the conditions still be valid. (Once the property is sold the money I invested to maintain or sell will be reimbursed)

If your name is mentioned on the timeshare property, then you will be able to sell it off. If the divorce decree states that your ex would receive a part of the sale proceeds, then you will have to follow it.
